Friday, Saturday Pricing for Wedding OR Reception (only one or the other):
Minimum charge $350, for 50 or fewer guests + wedding party.
50 to 150 guests for wedding or reception = $350 + $7 per additional person above 50.
Examples: 75 people = $525, 100 people = $700, 150 people or more = $1000
All pricing add 6% sales tax.

Minimum cost $500 for 50 or fewer people. The number of people is the total of the people attending whether at the same time or not.
50 to 150 guests for wedding and reception = $500 + $10 per additional person above 50.
Examples: 75 people = $750, 100 people = $1000, 150 or more guests for wedding and reception = $1500
All pricing add 6% sales tax.
Prices include any extra tables and chairs we own but are not using, but otherwise, these prices do not include tables, tents , linens, or chairs. We have enough tables and chairs for 50 people. Winery tasting area stays open for our normal hours. Walk in customers will not be allowed in your rented areas, the event room, pavilion, or the deck between the pavilion and event room.
Rehearsal is free but you must schedule it with us and work around any other event that may be going on. We do music events most Fridays so your rehearsal may have to be scheduled around another event. Your rehearsal is limited to 2 hours during winery open hours unless outside without Wildside staff. Rehearsal Dinner: if you’ve booked a wedding, a rehearsal dinner is $200 if you cater and clean up. Rehearsal dinners start at 1 pm at the earliest and end at 7 pm at the latest and are subject to availability due to other events. With or without a rehearsal dinner, if you book a wedding and/or reception, then you can reserve the event room and pavilion entire day before from 1-7 pm for only $200 as long as an event has not already been booked for that day – just ask us.
Set up and cordination service is available. We can arrange rental and setup of chairs, tables, linens and coordination of the caterer for $1200 subject to availability (price negotiable-work something up with Tristan our planner).
Wildside Winery will supply all beverages. Ask about prices. No other alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the premises. Our prices are very reasonable: Keg beer is 1.50/ large 14 oz glass. Bottled microbrews are $2.50-3.50 per bottle, and of course about 20+ types of wine by the glass and bottle at our everyday reasonable prices. Ice tea and Lemonaide are $0.75 per glass.
Decorating and setting up on that day beginning any time in the morning on the outside areas and the inside areas on weekends after 9 am. Weekday events set up after 1 pm. Before 1 pm add $20/hour for staffing.
Music and other noise volume must be turned off by 10pm, everyone should be leave by 11:00pm.
Payment in full and damage deposit is due two weeks before the event based on expected attendance. No refunds or reductions if attendance is short or if part of the event is moved to another location. If attendance exceeds your estimate, the additional is due on day of event.
Damage and cleaning deposit of $100 for events under 75 people and $200 for over 75 people. The deposit is fully refundable and will be refunded within one week after wedding. Clean up by party includes picking up trash.
The safety waiver must be signed.
