Wildside Winery would like to host your wedding and reception
Wedding and/or Wedding Receptions rental pricing:
We base pricing on number of people since for small weddings we understand that you are watching your budget and there is less work and staffing, so we’d like to help keep pricing down.
Weekday discounts: 20% off prices for events on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
Sales Tax: For all pricing in this agreement add 6% sales tax.
Reserving your date: $100 deposit to lock in your date.
Minimum is $500 except for May and June Saturdays the minimum is $1,000.
Rental for up to 100 people: $10/person after 50 people. Examples for a September Saturday: 50 people= $500; 75 people = $750; 100 people = $1000.
Rental for 100-250 people: $10/person + $200. Examples for any Saturday: 150 people = $1700; 200 people = $2,200.
Rental balance is to be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the event based on RSVP count. If the number attending exceeds this, based on a count at the event, $10 additional/person will be due that day. Please designate a helper to participate in the count so we are in agreement. If fewer people show up than the original RSVP count, there are no refunds.
Minimum open bar tab required is $2.00/per person (does not include purchased keg beer). Example: 100 people = $200 open bar. We let your guests try wines first then pour them a glass of their preference. Glasses of wine are $5 each. Hard Cider and bottled beer can also be applied toward the open bar tab.
Damage and cleaning deposit of $100 for events under 75 people and $200 for over 75 people. The deposit is fully refundable payable and will be refunded within one week after wedding.
Definitions of spaces:
Event room: 28’x24’ between tasting area and back deck.
Back deck: 24’ x 12’ between event room and pavilion.
Pavilion: 64’ x 32’ outdoor, with west side covered in shade cloth which blocks sun, wind and rain. White gazebo near pavilion.
Addition: 54’ x 34’ connects to, can be divided from, the event room. Door to handicap parking and side door to pavilion.
Tasting room: 30’ x 20’ connects by hall to bathrooms and event room.
Main deck: 30’ x 24’ outside tasting room.
Spaces included in the above rental pricing for 2014 weddings/receptions:
100 people or fewer:
Exclusive rental of the addition, the pavilion, and the gazebo.
Non-exclusive use of the event room, both decks, tasting room, vineyards and grounds.
Event room and deck can be added for $150.
101 – 200 people:
Exclusive rental of the addition, event room, back deck, pavilion, and gazebo.
Non-exclusive use of the main deck, tasting room, vineyards and grounds.
Tables, Chairs and Linens: Prices include six 6’ and two 8’ rectangular tables and 30 off-white chairs, a 4’ round table and a barrel table but otherwise, these prices do not include tables, tents, linens, or chairs.
The tasting area stays open for our normal hours. Walk in customers will not be allowed in your rented areas. If you don’t have exclusive rental of the event room, walk in customers may be seated there if we are busy.
Rehearsal is free but you must schedule it with us and work around any other event that may be going on. We do music events most Fridays so your rehearsal may have to be scheduled around another event. Your rehearsal is limited to 2 hours during winery open hours unless it takes place outside without Wildside staff. Rehearsal Dinner: if you’ve booked a wedding, a rehearsal dinner is $150, you cater and clean up. Rehearsal dinners start at 1 pm at the earliest and end at 7 pm at the latest and are subject to availability due to other events. Another event may be occurring. Clean up after your rehearsal or dinner is on you.
Set up service is available. We can arrange set up of your rental tables, chairs, and linens for $1 per chair and table.
Tear down and clean up is available. Don’t want to worry at the end of the evening? We’ll stack the chairs and tables ready for the rental company, and clean everything up for you at $2/chair and table.
Wildside Winery will supply all beverages. Absolutely no other beverages are allowed on the premises at any time. Our prices are reasonable: Keg beer is $2/large 14 oz glass. Full Keg $160 (bud) -210(specialty). Bottled beers are $2.50-3.50 per bottle, and of course about 20+ types of wine by the glass at $5. Ice tea and Lemonade are $8/gallon, soft drinks cans $1, bottled water $0.50.
Decorating and setting up on that day beginning any time in the morning on the outside areas and the inside areas on weekends after 11 am. Weekday events set up after 1 pm.
Additional indoor setup hours can be purchased at $30/hour for staffing.
Outdoor Music must be turned off by 10pm by local ordinance.
Everyone should be leave by 11:00pm. Additional time can be purchased at $100/hour.
