Cherry Mead

  • Pure cherry wine can be tricky to make.  The wine must have some sweetness to bring out the cherry flavor, but there is one huge area of concern that must always be avoided!  -That area is the dreaded cough syrup zone!  The wine maker must be careful to ensure that his creation has no characteristics in common with the dreaded syrup.  With that in the fore, this wine, with its fresh cherry flavor, refreshing tartness and lighter body will prevent that thought from ever entering even the remotest corner of your mind, instead eliciting an involutary yee-ha!
