As the year begins to soften toward its close, Wildside invites you to slow down and spend a winter weekend with us — one rooted in music, connection, and the quiet turning of the season.
This Saturday and Sunday, we’re holding space for two very different but beautifully connected experiences: an afternoon of live Americana music and a gentle, all-day Winter Solstice gathering. Come for one, come for both — each stands on its own, and together they create a meaningful pause before the holidays carry us forward.

We’re excited to welcome James Beers & The Wandering Woodsmen to the Wildside stage for the very first time.
Their sound blends roots, folk, blues, and alt-country — honest songwriting, soulful acoustic energy, and that unmistakable Kentucky heartland feel. It’s the kind of music that invites you to settle in, sip a glass of wine, and let the afternoon unfold naturally.
Expect:
Warm, roots-driven Americana
Bluesy vocals and soulful acoustic strings
A cozy, laid-back set perfect for holiday unwinding
Your favorite Wildside wines, mulled wine, and winter vibes
A great new band to fall in love with
Bring a friend. Bring your favorite flannel. Stay awhile.

Winter Solstice at Wildside12:00–5:00 PM | Free to Attend
On the shortest day of the year, we gather gently.
Our Winter Solstice Celebration is a relaxed, come-and-go afternoon rooted in reflection, renewal, and community. There’s no schedule to follow and nothing you have to do — just space to arrive, slow down, and honor the turning of the light in your own way.
Throughout the afternoon, guests are invited to explore:
Solstice Wares — intention candles, creative crafting, and seasonal ritual items
Community Solstice Altar & Intention Bowl — a shared space to light a candle, reflect on the past year, and name intentions for the season ahead
Simple Craft Stations — quiet, self-guided ways to create a small ritual piece
Evergreen, candlelight, and moments of quiet woven throughout the space
A Solstice Wine Feature will be available at the bar to honor the seasonal shift.
This gathering is meant to feel earthy, grounding, and quietly powerful — a pause inside the season before the light begins its return.
