Wine and chocolate — two indulgences often enjoyed separately — become something truly magical when brought together. This Saturday, August 30th at 5:00 PM, Wildside Winery is proud to host An Evening of Wine & Chocolate in partnership with Good Deeds Chocolate, pairing our handcrafted wines with ethically sourced artisan chocolates in an unforgettable guided tasting experience.

✨ A Sensory Journey

This is not your typical tasting. Each of the six pairings has been hand-selected by the Wildside staff, choosing the perfect wine to complement the depth, richness, or brightness of each chocolate. Think bold reds balanced with deep, dark cocoa, bright fruit notes dancing alongside silky milk chocolate, and the rich warmth of our Bourbon Barrel Reserve elevated by dark caramel and oak.

Your evening will be guided by Chris, owner of Good Deeds Chocolate, who loves to share the science behind great chocolate-making, and David from Team Wildside, who will lead you through the wine pairings. Together, they’ll take you on an exploration of how two of life’s greatest pleasures can harmonize, surprise, and delight.

Guests will enjoy six premium combinations, including:

Dark Bourbon – caramel & oak notes, paired with BBR (Bourbon Barrel Reserve)
Dark Sangria – red berries & wine, paired with Strawberry Rhubarb
Brown Sugar Dark Milk – chocolate cake richness, paired with Frankie’s Teroldego
42% Milk (Peru) – caramel & sour notes, paired with White Merlot
75% Dark (Peru) – raspberry & fudge, paired with Petite Sirah
Dark Milk (Ecuador) – cinnamon & caramel, paired with our 2010 Port

To make the evening even sweeter, every guest will also receive a beautifully engraved Wildside tasting glass to take home.
